Who this covers
This policy covers northpointedigital.com and applies to anyone who visits the site, submits the contact form, or uses one of the interactive demos. NorthPointe Digital ("we", "us") is based in Sydney, Australia, and this policy is written to align with the Australian Privacy Act 1988. If you're contacting us from outside Australia, the same protections apply to you.
What we collect, and why
- Contact form. Name, email, company (optional), and your message. Submitted through Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection, then sent to our inbox via Resend. We use it only to reply to your enquiry.
- Live chat widget. Messages you send are passed to Anthropic's Claude API to generate a response. It's a live demo of the kind of AI assistant we build — don't share anything sensitive in it. Chat history isn't linked to your identity or stored by us beyond the session.
- SEO Check demo. The URL you enter is sent to Google's PageSpeed Insights API to generate the report. We don't store the URLs submitted.
- IP address. Used briefly, in memory, to rate-limit the chat and SEO Check demos so they aren't abused. It's not linked to any other data and isn't retained.
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand which pages get visited, using cookies. You can opt out with a browser extension like Google's Analytics Opt-out Add-on, or block cookies in your browser settings.
Who we share it with
We don't sell or rent your information to anyone. Data passes through the third-party services above (Cloudflare, Resend, Anthropic, Google) only as needed to run the site and respond to you, under their own respective privacy terms.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@northpointedigital.com and we'll sort it out directly — no ticket queue.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes materially, we'll update the date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you're okay with the update.
