How an engagement runs.

No decks, no drawn-out sales process — a scoped engagement that goes from first call to a working system, built and supported by the people doing the work.

HOW IT WORKS

Four steps, no surprises.

01

Scope

A short call to map what's actually broken or missing — and whether we're the right fit to fix it. No obligation, no proposal deck, just a straight assessment of the problem and what solving it would take. Usually 20–30 minutes.

02

Build

We design and build the automation, software, or system directly — no subcontracted delivery, no offshore handoff. You're working with the person who has to make it actually work.

03

Integrate

Connected to the tools you already run, and tested against how your team actually works day to day — not just a demo environment.

04

Support

Handed over working, with the people who built it staying reachable. No ticket queue, no support tiers — the same person who built it is who you call.

QUESTIONS

What people ask before starting.

How long does a typical project take?

Depends entirely on scope — a single automation might take a week; a custom software build can take months. The scoping call gives a real timeline, not a guess.

Do you work on a fixed price or hourly?

Scoped and quoted upfront based on what the problem needs — no open-ended hourly billing.

What if our requirements change mid-project?

Built in stages so we can adjust as real usage informs the build, rather than locking into a rigid spec upfront.

Do we need to sign a long-term contract?

No retainer requirement — engagements are scoped to the project, not an ongoing subscription you're locked into.

How involved do we need to be?

As involved as the project needs — usually a short kickoff, a few check-ins along the way, and sign-off at handover.

What happens after the project is handed over?

It's built to keep running without us on retainer. Support is available if you need it, but you're not dependent on it.

SET A COURSE

Ready to scope your project?

A short call is enough to tell whether we're the right fit — no decks, no sales process.
